Had to say goodbye to my 15 year old dog Diesel today. A brilliant service full of compassion and what was a hard decision to make was made so much easier. Everything was explained and there was no rush Thank you so so much.

Our family are truly grateful to Paul who came to our home. His calm disposition enabled us to say our goodbyes to our darling cat Molly in the most peaceful and magical way. The sadness at losing our little girl who we absolutely adored for over 19 years was mind numbingly sad but Paul made the whole experience memorable for the right reasons. We wanted Molly to go to sleep peacefully and we were told to take as much time as we needed. Paul did not move ahead with any aspect of Mollys care until we were ready. As a family we could not have wanted a more beautiful passing for our beloved girl. Thank you Home Goodbye and Paul for your thoughtful care towards our family and thank you also for the beautiful flowers we received a few days afterwards. We are forever grateful.

I found Home Goodbye on the internet at a awful time for my dog Ramone, it was such a difficult decicion to put him to sleep but the best one for him as he was in excruciating pain. Paul and Annie were just lovely from start to finish and made everything clear and simple, it wasnt nice to see but he went to sleep and was no longer in pain. Thank you so much for looking after Ramone in his time of need.

I spoke to Annie in August, as we knew the days with our darling Boo were numbered. She was so lovely, answered all my questions, gave me invaluable advice and tips and guided me through the whole planning and anticipation process with incredible support. On the day I communicated with Paul, who is simply remarkable. Empathetic, compassionate, professional, a true hero. On the 21st of December, Paul helped me make the right decision. He arrived on time and was wonderful with our younger dog, Buster. The care and genuine love for animals is an obvious core of what he does, and I am grateful for what Paul has done for us and our beloved Boo. She left us happy, with dignity and a belly full of chicken and cheese, in the comfort of her fluffy bed and blanket. Annie and Paul made the saddest and most challenging time much easier. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you

We all dread that day that we have to say goodbye to a member of the family and if you are at that unfortunately place right now trying to work out who's going to be the best choice, stop, because you've found them.

We recently used Home Goodbye so that we could give our beautiful boxer a dignified and peaceful sendoff as. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We cancelled and booked in a few times as we were not ready and at no point did they get angry or upset, the complete opposite, they were so understanding and empathic during one of the worst things you can go through. They coordinated with the crematorium to ensure everything went smoothly and on the day it was the best you could hope for, this included the lovely vet Paul.

It's not a nice thing to have to do but do it we must and we owe them it in a way that honours their life and the love they showered us with, I couldn't recommended them any more, our best boy crossed the rainbow bridge at home, not in pain, surrounded by people who loved him.

Amazing service ..Paul came to the house and and showed compasion all the way through , our dog was completely calm and put to sleep so nicely ..

I cannot recommend the service of a Home Goodbye highly enough. They have a team of incredibly talented and compassionate individuals. My furry boy could not go on any longer and the thought of him leaving us was unbearable. I was fortunate enough to be passed Annie's details (at a Home Goodbye), who was extremely understanding in what was a very dark rime for me personally. She coached me through the steps and accommodated every need. I couldn't have done this without her and the team's help and I will be forever grateful.

The whole experience from start to finish was compassionate and done with the upmost respect of all involved at a very sad and difficult time we know we go through when losing your beloved pet. From Annie on the phone, who was so kind, compassionate and understanding, nothing was too much trouble, to Paul who came to put Molly to rest. Paul made the worst moment of my life calm and peaceful for both myself and Molly. Molly was then collected in her bed. A few days later her ashes were delivered to us in a beautiful urn with a photo, a lovely paw print and beautiful card and candle with the loveliest words in. Thank you both again for making my last moments with my beautiful little 14 year old girl so comforting xxx.

Words cannot describe how saddening it is to make the decision to say goodbye to your pet, but I had to do this for my beloved Yorkie who had a collapsed trachea. Watching him in pain was unbearable. Paul came to us and made the process as kind and comfortable as possible. He understood our pain and had sincere compassion. I would highly recommend him and Home Goodbye on the unfortunate occasion you take the decision to have your pet go to a better place. I am devastated, but also content in the knowledge that my Hugo is now over the rainbow free of pain and suffering.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service. Annie gave me some helpful advice to make our cat more comfortable in her end stage CKD. Paul, the vet, was gentle and kind with our pet and with us, giving us options whilst gently guiding us to what was best for our cat. We were so comforted that her last moments were in her own home rather than in the vet’s surgery. As deaths go, it’s hard to imagine a more peaceful or dignified end.

Home Goodbye is a much needed service at a very difficult time. They made me feel very supported during the worst possible time. Their compassion and professionalism is second to none.

Had a wonderful experience with Annie and Home Goodbye when our 14 year old cat was struggling and needed to be put to sleep. Annie was very kind and compassionate with what we were going through, and was able to arrange for someone to come out the same day to alleviate our girls suffering. Jack, the vet, arrived promptly on time and was so patient and lovely with us saying goodbye. He explained everything that was going to happen which helped us understand the process and reassured us that she wasn’t going to suffer or be in pain. We also received some lovely flowers from them in the wake of her passing which was a lovely gesture that we really appreciated. Thank you so much for giving Feebee a peaceful passing.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough! Paul was kind enough to come to us on a Sunday and he was caring and compassionate but above all professional at what was a very emotonal time. He gave us privacy while also ensuring our beloved cat was monitored while he was put to sleep. Would use Home Goodbye again without hesitation. Thanks Paul.

Now that we have had a chance to come to terms (almost) with Biskits passing we’d just like to say how impressed we were with Paul. We couldn’t have asked for a more sympathetic and understanding vet at an extremely difficult time for the family. Paul was very patient with us when he explained the procedure and put our minds at rest. We cannot thank him enough for making a very sad time just about bearable

Would highly recommend Dr Paul who we found to be so caring and compassionate. I don't think there is a better way to say to goodbye yo your pet at home.

I recently had to make the difficult decision to have my little dog PTS. I It was only ever going to be in the comfort of his own home. Paul and Annie were so patient, kind and compassionate throughout. Would highly recommended. Thank you to you both.
